Can I put the snack pot in the dishwasher, microwave or freezer?
Yes, all of the NEW Booster Table Tools are dishwasher, microwave and freezer proof with the EXCEPTION of the cutlery which can NOT be put in a microwave due to part of it being made from stainless steel.
My child is 4 and very active and will easily eat more than specified in your guidelines?
These are only guidelines and as long as you are giving your child a healthy balanced diet then we would recommend that you continue to do so. All children vary in what they eat and those who are more active than others may of course require more.
Are your products recyclable?
Yes all of our products are made from fully recyclable material.
Why is the range for 2-5 year olds but the cutlery is from 3?
The cutlery design allows children to use cutlery that actually performs like adult cutlery. We have therefore had to ensure that the cutlery conforms to both EU and USA safety standards which it does and is why the age group is slightly older.
Why is the design so different from others available?
The whole Booster Table Tools Collection has been developed with nutritionists to help prevent obesity in children.
Can I use the cup on my 12 month old?
We would recommend that the Stackable Steadycup be used to first introduce your child to an open top cup, this cup is slightly smaller and is recommended from 12 months. The NEW Booster Cup is 2 oz bigger in size than the Stackable Steadycup which is why it makes it a great follow on cup and ideal for 2-5 year olds.
Why is the cup 225ml?
An ideal size for 2-5 year olds, 8oz is also the standard size for a measuring cup which means it can be used easily in conjunction with our recipes and portion sizes which we have on our packaging and web site.
I found that the Steadycup always filled up with water when I washed it in the dishwasher. Following the feedback that our debut product the Steadycup received from parents we have added a unique drainage system to ensure thorough cleaning and drying with our latest products which prevents this from happening.
Why are there two different size plates?
The Large Plate has been designed to hold correctly sized portions for main meals and the Snack Plate is ideal for kid’s sandwiches at lunchtime etc.
Will the lid for my Booster Cup fit my old Steadycup?
Unfortunately not. This is our mark 3 cup and we have carried out a number of changes following the feedback that we have received from parents and healthcare professions alike. The cup is larger than the original Stackable Steadycup® and has been designed for 2-5 year olds unlike the other two cups which are from 12 months.
